Immediately after receiving your books, you will notice a small quantity of your donated books have a yellow impact sticker. You are required to donate these books to your beneficiaries urgently and send us an Impact Photo of each beneficiary holding the book they received.

Please note we only respond to messages during opening hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).
