Eligibility Criteria

We only donate books to educational institutions and projects based in Nigeria. The institution or project must either be registered with CAC or have a website or social media page where its mission can be seen and verified by the public. Finally, the institution or project must cover the processing and shipping fees of donated books and agree not to sell any of the books. If you meet this criteria, then proceed to request donated books as follows:

1. Browse Our Inventory

Go to our inventory page to browse available books from our 17 categories. Each category contains pallets of books with an average of 1,000 books per pallet. Browse available pallets for each category, view the quantity and list of books inside each pallet and add it to your request basket. Note that you must request a minimum of 1 pallet to proceed. We do not donate less than 1 pallet and we do not donate to individuals who do not have an educational project, nor to book sellers.

2. Fund Your Shipment

We require beneficiaries to raise funds and contribute ₦1,000,000 per pallet of books requested to help recover the costs we incur in importing, clearing and warehousing donated books. When you have raised funds to cover the pallets in your request basket, proceed to checkout and complete our Book Request Form with details about your institution or project. Note that we’ll verify your request within 48 hours and if approved, an invoice will be emailed for payment within 10 days.

3. Send Impact Photos

After receiving payment for your pallet of books, you can arrange to collect them from our office in Jos, Plateau State or pay for us to ship to a depot in your State. Note that the pallet needs to be repackaged into smaller cartons for transport. After receiving your books, you will find a small quantity of books with a yellow impact sticker. You are required to donate them to your beneficiaries urgently and send us an Impact Photo of each beneficiary holding the book they received.
